I hope the great work done by the detectives investigating this double homicide far outweighs the disgusting behavior displayed by Stoner for the victims of this crime. What an embarrassment. Thank God he got weeded out before he could do even more damage with the authority given to him in this career.

The title shoud be former recruit not cadet. JCPD use to have an outstanding paid cadet program until the merger ended the program. I am not talkin about the volunteer explorers. I hope chief Conrad brings back the cadet program so we can evaluate a potential recruit before the academy.
