Whatever!! The recruitment and selection unit does NOT have the final say in who gets hired so therefore their recommendation does not have to be honored. For a department the size of LMPD, this kind of thing is a rare ocassion so you using this incident as an example of how broken the hiring process is, is very dishonest and misleading.
