I really hope he was serious with his comment about 'quality of life' for residents of Jefferson county being important to him. He can start with having officers ENFORCE noise ordinances, which they currently DO NOT do. He can start by telling the commander of the 7th district to get the lead out. Bikers that hang out at the Two Lanes Bar and Grill on Old Bardstown Rd., are blantant violators of noise ordinances with their loud exhaust. The 7th district commander can start there. Hope he doesnt use the lame excuse that officers don't have time. BS! I've been living at the Woods of Glenmary for over a year, and have never seen a biker pulled over by a LMPD officer. Its really, really strange. Almost like the officers are afraid to pull them over and cite them for having loud exhaust. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to know these guys (Bikers) are in violation.
