Chief Conrad, I have no idea what I did to get into the dog house with the front office but please do something about them holding grudges and blacklisting officers from advancing into other areas of the department. This has been going on way TOO long and those currently in charge hold too many peoples careers in their hands. If they don't like you, you are screwed.
