My question to you is, who is the "We" you claim in your statement?

I know you aren't smart enough, if you are trying to race bait. In my opinion, she is just simply not qualified to be chief. Her resume and service record simply do not match those of any of the other candidates. I actually am one of the few folks who remember her as a decent sergeant, however she was done a serious disservice by being moved up so rapidly and not having been given the opportunity to gain any real experience. In 10 years she will probably be a great candidate for this, or other positions. By then she will have a resume filled with experience, and not fluff.

to give you a summary : her professional resume doesn't hold a candle to the other four candidates.

Your true "color" is showing in why "you" want her to be Chief. You want her to be Chief because of her color, and that alone for any position anywhere does not cut it. White or Black, or other.
