A very good source over the weekend says the new Chief is Steve Conrad. Not sure if he will come and clean house or not. He has been gone a while. Hopefully, if he is, the Mayour will allow him to completely pick his own staff if he chooses. Kicking Buckner back to LT. would be the first best start.
