Five finalists named for Louisville Metro Police Department chief

Here we go again with the same OLD B.S. Let a dead dog lie as this subject has been told and retold and debated. They will do what they want and I am one who had to go thru the training again as a 7 yr vet from another state (Better training than I got here). If someone really wants to be on LMPD they will do what they need to in order to make that happen.

Why would they have to go through basic again if they have already been through Metro's basic academy?
