Oh, I agree she is strong, but you obviously did not pay attention to the message in my statement. She is not "qualified". I see strong people all over this department. She is no better than the rest of us. But she sure thinks she is. What I think you call "strong" from her, is her arrogance and her racist mentality. At the end of my earlier comment, I obviously stated I don't care if the next Chief is BLACK or WHITE, male or female. The next Chief should be the best qualified candidate for the job, which she is obviously not. Shall we get into her little temper tantrum over her visit to the 2nd Division and her subsequent childish act of claiming we need formal rollcalls. Better yet, the email she sent in regards to it was childish in its delivery. Extra large font. All caps. I am screaming at you. You all will have formal rollcalls. Her pretending she ever did roving rollcalls. What a joke. Pure fiction on her behalf.

So, if you have a real argument, then bring it. No where in my message did I bash her for being a woman or for being black. I bashed her for the person she is not, and that is she is not a qualified candidate for Chief.

Sorry, the earlier reply is from CardRocker about Gentry. I won't give her the respect of calling her Colonel, since she disrespects others by not calling them their earned rank.
