Uhhhh it is NOT voluntary!!!!! If the division majors can't handle the crime in the division they command hold them accountable, you know like the kool aid gang likes to hold officers accountable, and demote them and put someone in that will do things different to get the job done. It is time to make the command staff of LMPD "have some skin in the game."
