Constable indicted in shooting of alleged shoplifter

I was there when one of David's Fired support staffs best friend Mark Stradley was arrested for impersonation just a few months ago, MArk's girlfriend at the time told the police officer that he does stuff like that all the time and his best friend Tony Lyle does it with him all the time as well, Tony has lights in his blue ford explorer with KY law enforcement memorial tags on it, he brags to me how he pulls people over for shits and giggles and Mark and Tony do this stuff at night where no one is around and they have been doing it arount the Valley Station Area.
