What freakin cry babies. Face it, Col Gentry is the Deputy Chief. You may not respect her for who she is, but we all need to respect her for the rank. Roll calls are out of control. Sergeants dont handle thier business. Officer's texting, eating, talking during the roll call. It is all new officers who I see doing this behavior. I dunno what they are teaching them in the Academy, but seems to me they need to learn respect. I'm sure we all can remain quiet and content for a ten minute roll call.
