It runs fine because of the men and women on the front line, the patrol officers, detectives and sergeants. NOT because of the front office. Moral is low and will continue to get lower as they (the front office) do not care what happens to the patrol officers unless it looks bad on them. They (the front office) are vindictive people who if you have ever crossed them they do not forget and will do what they can to keep you from advancing or moving to another vacancy. Love my job so No I am not going
