What the guy as saying was the previous major put the officers first and made all the bosses park in the back of the parking lot which while a simple thing for some it probably made people happier hmmm a major trying to make his people happy the new major comes in and moves his parking place back to the frownt door ugh making it obvious that he felt like he was better or more worthy of something as minimal of how far he had to walk little things that matter to front
