Jefferson Co. Constable David Whitlock sues Metro Government

No one is saying that other constables are doing a poor job or that they are not needed elsewhere. Not that I am a fan of the council, but they aren't saying Whitlock can't wear a uniform. The council says the uniform cannot look the same as LMPD or Jeff Co SO.

I have no issue with other constables. I was actually helped by one when a pursuit went way out of county one time. He was professional and did a good job. I just wish Whitlock would chill out and go make people put their address numbers on their houses like he is supposed to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
