I agree with you but anyone with arrest powers should be trained. If one can't pass the POP's test and the Training Academy, they shouldn't be allowed the powers to do arrest anyone. I would sue his butt off if he arrested me. He has no professional standard to adhere to since he can't pass any training classes. If Metro Corrections have to throw out DUI's due to lack of training records, no arrests or citations should be upheld with this idiot.
