Jefferson Co. Constable David Whitlock sues Metro Government

Most elected sheriffs have some sort of LE background, and yes many have lapsed on their KLEC certifications. But the answer to that is that MOST sheriffs sit in an office all day not doing any form of police work. They are administrators not beat cops. Whitlock has NO training and NO certifications(And I dont mean the made up ones from the BS constables association) and he is out playing cop everyday. You cant compare this moron to elected sheriffs. Hell John Aubrey doesnt even drive a police car he drives his personal van to and from work. He hasnt done an ounce of police work in probably 20 or 30yrs. He attends 40 hrs of inservice so he is certified. To him certification is just a piece of paper nothing more he doest need it to sit in an office all day doing who knows what.
