What makes him think he can sue for his expunged record being exposed in the media? My murder indictment was expunged, too. Yet, the media talks about it every chance they get. Robert White & Dave Stengel both talked about it most recently. Expungment removes any record of the arrest from local, state, and federal records. The court case file is then sealed. In the eyes of the court it never happened & by state law you don't have to admit that you've ever been arrested/charged. But this is the age of the internet & Google. It still happened. You can't make that go away. So just because there's no record of it in CourtNet or NCIC, no case file down at the Hall of Justice to go view, doesn't mean it just magically disappears. It happened just the same. I was a County Police Officer & Whitlock lived with his folks (I think) and it was on my beat (David 14's beat). We got a call to assist City of Louisville Police Department's SPARS unit at Whitlocks home with this theft. An expungement doesn't erase the fact that I was there at Whitlocks home that night anymore than it does my shooting. He may have an arguement with the other stuff since he is a constitutionally elected official. Although, I still think he's a knucklehead. However, this thing about his expungement being exposed is the absolutely most ridiculous thing I have heard.......all day. Merry Christmas Brothers & Sisters!

Look this GOOF is just trying to get the heat off of him any way he can. He wanted to play police officer until it caught up with him. Yes he is under statue for what his powers are, but he went to far and now it has caught up with him. You see no problems out of the other constables in this city only him. They are enough TRAINED POLICE int this city that we don't need his help. If you want to do our job THEN GET THE TRAINING WE HAVE. I'm sorry but I have no feelings for this guy. Just because I own a set of tools doesn't mean I'm a mechanic. He may get off with Stingle but I guarentee he will get burned alive in civil court. You noticed he's took his web site and pics off the internet (his lawyers advice I'm sure,) so he knows his as s is in trouble. Have you heard anything out of him since this mishap. NO! You won't until all the trials are over. He will either sink or swim. We will just have to wait and see. iF HE WINS he'll come back with a vengeance I'm sure.

That woman got another shoplifting charge! She got caught, threw a shirt at loss prevention and ran to the car and left........

After this article was posted, and what needs to be covered equal to the original post, is that Ms. Ortiz and her husband were both arrested for shoplifting recently, caught with the goods on them, and they, again, attacked the arresting officers before attempting to flee the scene. So ... to a certain degree, this does seem to vindicate Whitlock and his contention that the woman attacked him with her vehicle!
