The question I asked directly to him, was, after he acknowledged that cops in the vast majority, do not follow or adhere to traffic laws. I asked him why they didnt take steps to ensure that cops DID follow traffic laws, and his response to that was that to actively try to enforce traffic laws upon cops would destroy morale. The flagrant violations that I witness, show me there is no worry about breaking traffic laws, so apparently there is no effort to stop it, which seems to support his position.
