1 Im not the one talking about drug testing, so maybe you should consider there are many people that feel as I do, that you all are hypocrites and liars and cheats.

2 having the Turner look me in the eye and tell me that they cannot enforce the laws with you all, because the morale drop would be too much to deal with, is hardly reassuring that PIU will do anything either.

3, well you skipped 3

4 Andy Griffith? again, not my argument, I have no idea what youre talking about.

As far as being in out of touch with reality, well, since you dont have to have a car note, insurance, gas and maintenance expenses, maybe you should be a little more responsible with your money, because with all of us that DO have that extra 400-600 expense a month, who are managing it, you really dont have any excuse.

Sleep deprivation is no excuse to fail as a character assassination.

I think that sometimes the public are so hard on the police officers and take home cars etc is because the public hears so many bad things... this site tells all good and bad.The good officers who abide by the rules tend to get "lumped" in with the ones who break the rules.I have heard of an officer taking his police car out of the state into Indiana without permission. There are many examples, however, this does not make all officers "bad". I could see why the public gets upset. Being in a public job is like being a celebrity. It may not be fair but your public and private life is always in the limelight. Keep your nose clean. Your morals in check. It is not fair but it is part of the world.
