making a point that we all need to stop and offer assistance but the way cops see it if they stopped for everyone broke down ... especially if on the way home from work that it could take them hours past quitting time to actually be off the clock, what about failure to render aide? I know i have seen cops in marked cars drive past accidents they clearly saw and had time to stop for.
