The dishonesty comes in telling time and time again, that you do NOT grant special privileges to yourselves, that the uniform of a first responder is NOT more valuable than a 'regular citizen'.
How many times do non-life threatening situations get roads closed police escorts to the hospital for 'you and yours' vs how many times for non-life threatening situations for the general public.
That EMT wasnt given an excort because he was a hero, or because he deserved it, or because it was crucial, he got it ONLY because of the uniform he was wearing.
THAT shows how dishonest you are, you lie to peoples faces, while giving yourselves preferential treatment.
