"Crazy" should not be a defense, but it certainly is a reason this guy should remain secured and managed. This guy thought he was the King of Louisville and he murdered a LE Deputy performing routine duty (which means dangerous). My real wish is that he would reamin were he belongs. Since that's not going to happen, I hope he does not harm anyone else, that his family takes the responsibility to oversee him in a detailed fashion, and that he will be as a productive as he is capable of being.
