also to be fair.... hundreds upon hundreds of Depts in the USA have take home cars, including comparable cities like Nashville, Indy, Charlotte..plus they make 15-40 grand more a year in base pay, and they have all the incentives we have, like court, clothing/equip. Along with more like bi-lingual pay, steps for different college degrees, detectives pay, shift differential for mids and late watch etc....etc The list goes onnnnnnnnnnnn and onnnnnnnnnn TRY AGAIN PAL!
