It's not going to change anything anytime soon. The pay raise would have to be gradual. If you remember or were around, we did have to pay for our cars for a while and they ask for other employees to take days off without pay.....our insurance is pretty darn good even if I would rather have Anthem........look at the State Police and what they have to pay! Get a grip, times are not the greatest right now. Be happy with having a job!
