I'm really upset over the amount of money this is costing the city. This is not Mayor Fischers money to spend at his leisure. $90,000 in four months is a lot of money. Cut that out and the officer's would not have to pay for their take home car. This guy Ish Burks is not qualified. Never a sworn officer of the law. Fischer cant find a qualified Int.
