Constable in shopper shooting says Walmart security asked his help

I have worked the east end for nearly 20 years and have never had a problem out of John Zender... It's not the job, or the title. It's the simple fact that Whitlock is a clown who should have never been elected in the 1st place. I bet that if someone who retired with "HONOR" and who lives in that district would be willing to run that they would win....

Come on 3rd district, you guys know all the retired officers on your beats. Recruit them!!!
