Constable in shopper shooting says Walmart security asked his help

Johnny Troutgwein was a CCDW Instructor teaching a weds class and being careless discharge his weapon.

I got the info about this the next day, I removed Johnny Troutgwein from U.S.F.T. and informed David about it. 

David went the the clerks office and told them a lie...power line grounded out and blew a hole in the wall.

6 weeks later, a DOCJT investigator spoke with Johnny Troutgwein, who told the truth about it, turn in his teaching DOC to not get prosecuted. David was left to explained why he lied to everyone.
