Ok, all agencies and law enforcement have what they need to deal with this person, let's see how long and how bad they screw this one up!!!!!it was given to them on a silver platter............. got to love commomwealth of Kentucky!!!!!!! the only place where bad guy's can get by with almost anything by using the law to do it with!!!! go figure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
