Constable in shopper shooting says Walmart security asked his help

I think I'll run run for constable. Screw this place. I'll continue working for LMPD and draw a check as constable. I'LL BE MY OWN BOSS AND DRAW A CHECK FOR DOING NOTHING!!! That will be the easiest off duty i'd ever worked!!!
