We really need to get the whole story - I'm confused. Apparently he got some form of felony diversion for one of his crimes, which means he actually isn't a convicted felon. He should be, but he isn't. I understand Chapman got deployed and the case got sidetracked, but which prosecutor dropped the ball and let him skate? And I suspect that what he took the Alford for was a misdemeanor so he was able to get it expunged. This is why felony diversion is such a joke.
