I have no basis for this yet but..... I think if I were a Walmart manager who has hired this idiot for off duty I would have told him to say he was not working so Walmart does not get sued with him as an employee or vendor. I bet he has no off-duty coverage, he should have been introduced to Dennis "Terry Transport" Sims.
