Those officers running ILLEGAL code 2 during Derby doing escorts? -the Chief's office grants that select few vacation time so they can work it all off duty. One Officer who gets off EVERY year for it has openly bragged he makes 20-25 THOUSAND dollars during those two weeks running escorts and providing 'security'.

Why do you think they get off on Vacation time when SOP clearly states that NO ONE gets V time during this time? -oh, there's a clause that says 'only with the chief's permission'.

Notice it's the SAME 10-12 guys EVERY year that are allowed off. You think a fat envelope of cash gets handed over for that 'permission'? Sure it does!!!

How about all the illegally unmarked cars? State law is very clear that a vehicle must be marked (in some way) unless it is used for investigation - but it isn't like the command staff does investigations. Why was the Parks guy even driving an unmarked vehicle?
