Sure there is something that could be done, it is just that no one wanted to take responsibility for doing it. They are impersonating peace officers, which is a felony in Kentucky, and he is helping them do it, which means he is guilty of conspiracy. I'd suggest arresting every last one that can be proved to have every representated themselves as having peace officer powers (and from the postings, you all have lots of evidence, I'll testify to the one time I saw Mederos in uniform working an event).
