Aubrey is a retired lt. Col from LPD you idiot. I'm pretty sure he is certified and so are all of his full time deputies as required by pops. Reserve deputies are a different story though.

well for one DUMMY! Sheriff Aubrey I think was a MAJOR for the old L.P.D. and he was a LT.COL in the US AMY, he has 200+ full time paid deputies that went to richmond,ky POPS

and he has about 120 res. deputies
