Constable shoots woman in Walmart parking lot in southwest Jefferson

Doesn't Mederos work for ODPS? He used to call me all the time for off duty jobs and does all the scheduling for Darrell and works many of those jobs himself. He's always seen in a Jefferson Constable uniform with duty belt and is listed on the Constable site as lieutenant. His shirts have the word OFFICER printed in big letters on the back. What the hell type of officer is he and why the hell is he and his ODPS and Constable flunky guys armed and looking like police officers? My understanding is that the Constables keep him around and let him "play" in order to get jobs from ODPS. I was told he has talked with the Mayor Fischer and Chief White and they were laughing him off afterwards. Not many will work with him as he is aggressive and an a**hole and plays the game of putting you in timeout if you stand up to his disrespect and not give you any jobs or schedule you.

Didn't Whitlock just get a job as a school resource officer? I know his biggest source of income was working for ODPS and he's always working off duty. Is he still out there in Hollow Creek contracted as their security?
