Yeah right. Shaq & Seagal are closer to being members of the "law enforcement community" than this guy. But eh, you feel how you feel

Yes, i agree. Throughout his career, he has traveled a long road of criticism and scrutiny in every step of the way. Of course, all with just cause based directly on his actions alone. I'm sure his wife and child are feeling the pain of all the publicity of this tragedy as well.

He will continue to travel an even longer road with even more stringent scrutiny and criticism if he survives this event politically, plus the criminal and civil litigation which will haunt him for years.

This is definitely a game changer for all the Constable's throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky and will re-define legislation which governs them. I agree that Constables are an asset in certain areas which need the support; however, with over 2500+ sworn officers in Louisville, there is little need.

As for the evidence at hand, I was not there, but there doesn't appear to be much support for the David C. Whitlock; whether politically and personally. With such a jaded history and further evidence of activities coming to light, things are looking grim.

Many people have tried to guide and mentor him throughout his tenure as Constable; however, he has chosen to disregard that advice and continued down a path of his own and allowed his "Staff" to make executive decisions, which were not in the best interest of the Commonwealth and Louisville Metro, all of which has negatively impacted his credibility and capabilities.

While now into his second term and with two Mayor's that have been in office during that time, he has failed to convince key decision makers that he is not a liability and that he is trustworthy. While he may be able to BS the voters in the Democratic party in his division, he has not been able to BS those that know how law enforcement works, whether politically, tactically or technically.

All in all, what comes around goes around...
