You know what is really sad? One day i will reach forgiveness. But this officer will still be out there hurting women. But i feel no guilt in that i did my part i told and it was ignored. I feel sorry for his next victim. There will be another and the dept will have that on their hands. Not mine. My story has already prevented 3 other victims. You see he is still contacting females and trying to continue in his behaviour. And i will reach forgiveness and there will still be ignorant people in this
