Police recruit arrested; accused of rape, sodomy

You may be very smart and what you allege may very well be true. You are still missing my point. Your alleged rapist has the right to be considered innocent until proven guilty. You have offered no proof. I have nothing against you, but I surely wouldn't want to be convicted or even accused of a crime because you "said so". I have a sister. If she told me she was raped, I would believe her no matter what….even with no proof. However, I couldn't expect you, a jury, or anyone else to simply believe her because she "said so". Would you want to go to prison because somebody "said" you committed a crime?
