Police recruit arrested; accused of rape, sodomy

Not trying to prove you wrong at all. Trying to convince you that in America you must prove that you are right before somebody goes to the clink. Not sure why you don't understand this. You might be the best person in the world, but I am not going to take your word for it and put someone in prison because you say so. Prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. That is the standard.
