Police recruit arrested; accused of rape, sodomy

ok..so i totally agree with you dude! Typical response is its the girls fault. Speaking as a victim/survivor of a rape at the hand of another police officer, i admire this girl for coming forward. It does not matter if she was in his bed. She did not ok him to be having sex with her while she was passed out. It's like having sex with a dead body. Really? Dont tell me this jackass that is trying to be a cop did not know this is illegal. Don't we all know unless we are just stupid or just dont' care that if you have sex or try to have sex with someone that is non responsive it is rape! He saw an opportunity and took advantage of the situation. At some point he decided his needs, control and power were more important than this person. HE MADE THE CHOICE TO RAPE! Now my question is why the ******* that raped me never even got investigated. I made a sworn statement and offered phone and computer records.I was coherent and said no, it hurts, and stop! Because it started as a two day fling, i am at fault. I at no time oked this officer to sodomize me. He started out the relationship discussing how his wife never had oral sex or **** sex. I told him no way i would have **** sex my husband and i had and it hurt, but in the end two days after he gained my trust, he choked me and told me to roll over and sodomized me while i cried and said no it hurts and stop. He just spat on me and said i needed more lube while he continued until he was finished. This ******* is still working. Wow! Beware louisville! They said i did not articulate resistance! WHAT? This girl could articulate anything and she still gets an officer arrested for rape! I AM SO HAPPY FOR HER! It happens all the time! They dont want the stink in their brotherhood. Hello. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. None of us were there. As far as we know this guy "banged a passed out drunk girl" because she said he did. Well you know what? I can say I won the lottery, but that doesn't make it so. Perhaps we should wait for the evidence to surface before we convict. I thought that was the American way. He may be guilty, but smack talk on this site doesn't meet the burden of proof.
