I'm sure Mayor Fischer knows what's said on this site. So here goes, if you want to gain respect from this dept then put someone in the exchiefs place that will get rid of his faithful pack of mistakes that are still left downtown. Get someone who will go back to locking up badguys and trying to reduce crime vs padding statistics at comstat meeting like they are doing now. Everybody want to do their job but can't because the leftover command will continue to badger the troops. CLEAN HOUSE MAYOR
