To those who would compare ems and lmpd, be careful. The O.T. that is being FORCED down the throats of the staff of LMPD is causing a dangerous situtaion and is driving away many of the good folks we have there. Forced overtime is a no win situation for families and definitely to dangerous for people who have to operate with the same due regard we do. After all we get 10 hours between shift. If someone is forced to 16 hour day, by the time they get home and get in bed and get REM sleep and then
