Metro EMS Workers Too Exhausted To Work Effectively

If OT were opened up for this dept then maybe the officers wouldn't have to work all the part time jobs to supplement their salary. It would be nice to have that extra money going into our pension plans. Not everyone is going to retire at lt's pay. I say all work should go through the dept ot and offduty. You say it would only be given to certain people NOT TRUE there is enough parttime work in this city to give everyone a piece of the pie. People would probably be turning it down. If the city wasn't robbing the reimbursement from Churchill Downs at derby for the budget you probably could get people to volunteer for derby on overtime and not have to do anything.
