Metro EMS Workers Too Exhausted To Work Effectively

We are in negotiations now. This 100 details a year needs to be discussed and stopped. It started out Derby now its everything this city wants to put on. If you want us to do it do it on OVERTIME, everybody else in emergency sevices is getting plenty of OT. The hiearchy doesn't have to work it so why should they care. The next time 1 of these STUPID details come up everyone working it should call in sick and stay home. Sick time is in the contract. The FOP needs to get tough with this administration and get a contract with some backbone not the one we have now that gives everything to the sole control of the city and the chief. The last thing the FOP wants to do is pick a fight with it's membership, because it might hear what everyone really thinks about it.
