Just like the Democrats to support hiding expenditures from the tax paying public. But what do you expect from thieves and despots. This is just another example of why this once vibrant city is dying...politicians stealing from the public purse and hiding it in thier own pockets. City Council better wake up...the tax base is leaving the city because of corruption, both under Jerry and now his new boy. I'll be one of one departing to a more fiscally responsible jurisdiction. OOPs there goes another tax payer!
