Louisville man arrested for impersonating cop...again

Has something been said that shouldn't have been. I'd love to get a subpoena for a civil trial from your infamous T. Clay. Hope he's willing to pay for my trip. I'm 500 miles away from your mess in "the Ville." On a side note, Mullins's other impersonating case is set for circuit court jury trial in January. Where is the information coming from that he beat the charges already? Sure doesn't look like he beat it to me.
