"increasing the clothing allowance while increasing what we have to use it for" That is the same logic that gives us a 2% raise and inflates health benefits and gas reimbursement beyond that 2%. The end of the day means less take home. (I am being generous with 2%) Our contract gives us raises and then increases what we have to use it for. Not too smart folks.
