Video appears to show LMPD officer striking man with flashlight

"fight fire with fire" ??? are you a retard come on he smack a guy in the head with a Mag Light that is not no harm to the officer. two officers could not take him down ??? I seen officers at the jail take down crazy persons never had to use anything to bash thier heads in to them down. but i am sure that the officer that hit guy in the head will be gone, gone, gone, and the poor guy that got hit with the flashlight will be getting a fat check from the city amount it take a officer 10 years or more to make lmao....

also maybe now the city will not allow officers carry mag lites or any long flashlights like they did in new york city only allow to use small stinger lights.
