I will say this, that is the quickest that I have ever saw a persons record get expunged. I even heard he had two note books with over 80 names, social security numbers & date of births of people who he had stopped in the DARE car. THE NOTEBOOKS HAVE SOMEHOW DISAPPEARED OUT OF THE PROPERTY ROOM AS EVIDENCE. I WONDER WHO HAD THAT DONE. THIS GUY UNLAWFULLY DETAINED LOUISVILLE CITIZENS AND HE GET'S HIS RECORD EXPUNGED.
