He couldn't teach a monkey how to crap in the toilet. That is one individual that has no respect for other officers, at all. If you are not doing what he is doing then you are less of an officer in his opinion, and he is very outspoken about his opinion. Oh, and if you are doing what he is doing, then he is doing it better....
